Morris C Hove heads the transactional side of Africa Terre & Property Consulting (ATPC). He has nearly 15 years of experience in agency and research and other Real Estate activity mainly in Zimbabwe and briefly in the United States of America.
Morris started his career in the USA and then at CB Richard Ellis (Harare) where he rose to position of General Manager Agency and Research in Zimbabwe, where he was involved in commercial agency.
He has specialized in the sale of all types of properties: commercial, residential, and specialized properties. His career has also included investment appraisals and feasibility studies. He is a member of the Estate Agency Council of Zimbabwe.
